Overview

Sidebar Email Campaigns (/campaigns) is the drip/sequence builder — distinct from AI Marketing → AI Emails, where you design templates and verify sending domains.

Create a Campaign

Open Email Campaigns → New Campaign
Set Name, optional Description
Configure From Email prefix (local part for your verified sending domain) and Reply-To Email
Add steps with Add Step:
- Send Marketing Email — pick a template designed under AI Marketing → AI Emails
- Wait — set Step Name, Wait Duration, and unit (Minutes / Hours / Days). This delays the next step.
Set status to Draft, then Active when ready (also Paused / Completed as the campaign lifecycle progresses)
Save

Enroll Contacts

From Contacts: select contact(s) → + Email Campaign (bulk)
From a Journey stage: let your AI powered customer journey add contacts to an email campaign automatically at the right stage of their journey. Just click on a stage when editing a journey and select the campaign.
From AI Voice Agents in the actions tab, via a conditional tool, your voice agents can add the contact it is speaking with to a campaign

Analytics

Open Analytics on a campaign card or from the campaign builder.

Enrollment Statistics: Total Enrolled · Active · Completed · Cancelled

Email Performance: Delivered · Opened · Clicked · Bounced · Failed · Complained · Unsubscribed · DND Skipped

Enrollment History: Search contacts, see progress, enrolled time. Use Refresh to update metrics.

Tips

Build and verify the template under AI Emails before adding the Send step
Use Wait steps between emails so sequences are not back-to-back
