Sign In and Account Access

Sign In

1. Open the brayv.ai login page
2. Enter Email and Password
3. Click Sign in

After a successful login you are taken to Conversations (or another allowed landing page based on your role). Organization-only users may land on the org dashboard. If every account on the login is inactive, you are sent to Reactivate.

Forgot Password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email and click Send reset link
3. If an account exists for that email, you will receive a reset message (the success screen always shows a generic confirmation for security)
4. Return to sign in when ready

Reset Password

1. Open the link from your email (/reset-password?token=...)
2. Enter a New password (minimum 8 characters) and Confirm password
3. Use the show/hide controls if needed
4. Click Reset password — you are redirected to login after success

Reactivate Account

If your subscription is inactive, /reactivate lets you pick a plan and check out with Stripe.

1. Review plan cards (pricing, seats, credit costs)
2. Open a plan for details (auto-recharge and pass-through pricing are explained — see Wallet Credits)
3. Click Checkout with Stripe
4. After payment, return to the success state and continue into the app

Use Sign out on the reactivate page if you need to leave without purchasing.
