Team (Settings → Team)

Invite members

  1. Click add / invite
  2. Enter email (system checks whether the user already exists)
  3. Set role: Admin, Staff, or Agent
  4. Complete the invite / create flow

Roles (summary):

  • Tenant Admin — Full account settings and configuration
  • Tenant Staff — All account features, but limited access to account business and billing settings
  • Tenant Agent — Limited nav (contacts, conversations, appointments, tasks. In all these categories, also limited to only the ones they own). Ideal role for sales people, technicians, etc.

Manage members

  • Search and paginate the team list
  • Edit member details / bio (used in appointment confirmations when configured)
  • Resend welcome or password-reset style emails when available
  • Delete / deactivate members (watch seat usage)

Seats

If you hit a seat limit, the Team page links to Settings → Billing to add seats. Seat counts couple with your subscription plan.

Each member gets a linked contact

Adding someone to the account also creates a contact record linked to them, which is how internal SMS, escalation alerts, and their message history work. Their name, email, and phone on that contact come from here and nowhere else — lead submissions and AI agents can't overwrite them, so the team can run live tests with throwaway details safely. See Internal Staff Contacts.

Phone numbers must be unique within an account. A contact can only hold one phone number, so two team members can't share one. If you try to save a number that already belongs to another member's contact, you'll get a message naming who has it. Give each person their own direct line, or leave the field blank — a shared branch or office line is usually the wrong value here, since internal SMS and escalation texts go to whatever number is on their record.

Myself (Settings → Myself)

Profile

Edit your name, email, phone, and appointment owner bio / bio image (used in SMS confirmations when calendars include owner bio). Your name, email, and phone are the source of truth for your linked contact record, so changing them here updates that contact in every account you belong to.
