Path: Settings → Integrations → ServiceTitan (or open from the ServiceTitan card)
Connect
Use the connection modal from the Integrations hub to enter ServiceTitan credentials and complete connection. Until connected, calendar External CRM sync cannot push jobs.
After connecting
Open the ServiceTitan integration page:
- Sync Now — Trigger a sync
- Stats: Mapped Technicians, Synced Calendars, Sync Status
- Lead Management Settings — e.g. Create Customers on Lead Submission (optional)
Tabs:
- Technician Mappings — Map each brayv user to a ServiceTitan technician. Unmapped users cannot push appointments.
- Calendar Settings — Enable sync per calendar (checkbox). Also configure advanced job fields on the calendar’s External CRM tab.
Warnings you may see: No technicians mapped · No calendars synced
Technician changes made in ServiceTitan
brayv polls ServiceTitan every 10 minutes and follows technician changes made there:
- Reassigned to a mapped technician — The brayv appointment moves to that user. The contact's owner follows, the new owner receives the appointment confirmation, and any Google or Outlook calendar event moves with it.
- Multiple technicians on one appointment — One mapped technician owns the brayv appointment; the others get a ServiceTitan Job (Multi-Tech) blocked slot so they cannot be double booked. Blocked slots are removed automatically when a technician is taken off the job.
- Reassigned to a technician with no brayv mapping (or all technicians removed) — The brayv appointment keeps its contact and time but loses its owner, which frees the previous owner's availability. Every account admin receives an in-app notification and an email naming the ServiceTitan technician. Map that technician under Technician Mappings and the appointment is assigned to the new user automatically.
Mapping a technician also pulls their upcoming ServiceTitan schedule into brayv as blocked slots, so newly mapped users are protected from double booking right away.
