Using the Dashboard

Quick Reference Keywords: Dashboard · AI Agents Insights · Appointment Stats · Journey Insights · Team Leaderboard · Win Rate · ROAS

Overview

The Dashboard (sidebar: Dashboard) shows account-level performance across AI activity, appointments, and journey opportunities. Open /dashboard-advanced (the older /dashboard URL redirects here).

Team members with the Agent role cannot access the dashboard

Page Layout

The page has three independent sections. Each has its own date range control:

SectionWhat it answers
AI Agents InsightsHow much work your AI team has been handling
Appointment StatsBooking volume, who created/owns appointments, completion
Journey InsightsOpportunity volume, conversion, revenue, team performance

Date range options (each section): Last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 Days, Last 365 Days, Year to Date, or Custom Range (pick From / To and Apply).

Journey Insights also has a journey selector: All Journeys or one specific journey. That filter applies to every card in the Journey Insights section.

AI Agents Insights

  • Text AI — Messages sent over the period, with a chart. Expand Tools Used, Fields Filled, Conditional Tools, and Tool Breakdown for action-level detail.
  • Voice AI — Inbound/outbound calls and the same style of tool expanders for voice agents.
  • KB Searches — Knowledge base query volume (how often agents looked up your FAQs/PDFs/URLs).

Appointment Stats

  • Appointments Booked — Count of appointments booked in the selected range
  • Booked By (Appointments Created By) — Who created the appointments (specific team member, Text AI, Voice AI, Calendar widgets, etc.)
  • Owned By — Which team members own the appointments
  • Appointment Completion Rate — Share of appointments that completed vs cancelled/no-show style outcomes (see card tooltip for the exact definition in your account)

Journey Insights

  • New Opportunities — Opportunities created in the period (with period comparison where shown)
  • Opportunities to Goal — How many reached the journey’s primary goal
  • Opportunities by Stage / Status / Source — Distribution breakdowns (Source may offer Show all / Show less)
  • Win Rate — Won opportunities vs eligible opportunities in the period (marking opportunities as 'won' is not something the AI does, so if you don't track wins, this will be zero)
  • Revenue — Value recorded on won opportunities
  • Team Leaderboard — Goal→Won, Total→Won, Won count, and Value by team member
  • Team Assignments — Lead assignment volume vs opportunities (useful with Lead Assignment)

Marking opportunities Won / Lost / Completed on contact or conversation pages is what feeds several of these cards — see Human in the Loop.

Tips

  • Keep the three date ranges intentional — they do not stay locked together
  • Filter Journey Insights to one journey when diagnosing a specific funnel
  • Pair Dashboard numbers with Journeys → Opportunity Board for contact-level drill-down
